  • Design, develop and Implement the Group learning & content transformation strategy.

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive learning cultural transformation (lunch and learn, one learning a day, virtual coffees, learning days etc..).
  • Deploy the “SHARE & LEARN” ambition in to develop learning culture with a strong emphasis on peer learning, micro learning and adaptive learning.
  • Develop learning capabilities of 15 learning specialists, regionally : APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS
  • Up-skill 100 functional global experts to design & develop learning programs.
  • Drive learning innovation : cutting edge knowledge of best practices in adult and corporate education, online and other design methods.
    Using various methods to enable collective intelligence and cross-functional collaboration (serious play, battle cards, design thinking, co-design, etc.)
  • Design and implement various initiatives "Manager@Roquette", "Coaching and mentoring", "Global on-boarding", Diversity and Inclusion,Matrix and remote Management etc.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Learning LMS (definition of processes, governance) across 45 countries.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership and functional competencies framework across the GROUP.
  • Supported HR organizations in designing & implementing innovative & effective talent development initiatives in line with business strategies.
  • Global energy operator in terms of size, service and reliability which develops, produces, and markets hydrocarbons from the world’s largest non-associated natural gas field.
    5 000 employees (65 nationalities) operating in over 50 countries, has a turnover of around 10.2 billion US$.

  • Competency Designing: Supported the business with the development and deployment of job families, job profiles, core competencies and career pathing in conjunction with Hewitt Consultant.
