Curious by nature, my aim is to connect great people working in various regions (working with 45 countries) and nurture promising ideas, that looks something like this:
-Education: spanning a wide range of activities from teaching in the classroom to facilitating executive team-building sessions, o designing long-term experiences to transform leaders, to creating blended online learning materials, to providing performance consulting.

-Digital Learning Transformation: with a double focus on how to up-skill people in digital adoption while also preparing on an organizational level the HR transformation and new ways of collaborative working.

-Learning innovation: create exceptional virtual and live learning environments to enable development and enrich learning experiences.

Experience
  • Global leader in specialty food ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients.
    Operating in over 100 countries, has a turnover of around 3.2 billion euros and currently employs more than 8,300 people worldwide.
  • Reporting to Head of Center of Expertise (Development, Talent, Learning)
    Manage 15 local learning specialists.
    Lead Global cross-functional teams of 100 subject matter experts.
  • Design, develop and Implement the Group learning & content strategy transformation.
  • Partner with global heads of HR to ensure learning initiatives are focused on growing competency needs and aligning with Business priorities.
  • Train and upskill 100 functional global experts to design & develop Learning programs.
  • Train and develop capabilities of 15 learning specialists, regionally (APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS)
  • Built and implement Roquette Campus and Learning academies.
  • Lead Change Management initiatives to drive learning cultural transformation (lunch and learn, learning days ect..).
  • Integrate the “SHARE & LEARN” ambition in the learning solutions with a strong emphasis on peer learning and develop knowledge management initiatives.
    Use various methods to enable collective intelligence and cross-functional collaboration (serious play, battle cards, design thinking, etc.)
  • Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies (networking with companies, conferences, benchmarking, etc.)
  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Learning LMS (definition of processes, governance) across 45 countries.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership and functional competencies framework across the GROUP.
  • Design and implement "Manager @Roquette", "Coaching and mentoring", "Global onboarding", Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership programs.
  • Supports HR organizations in designing & implementing innovative & effective talent development initiatives in line with business strategies.
  • Global energy operator in terms of size, service and reliability which develops, produces, and markets hydrocarbons from the world’s largest non-associated natural gas field.
    5 000 employees (65 nationalities) operating in over 50 countries, has a turnover of around 10.2 billion US$.

  • Competency Designing: Supported the business with the development and deployment of job families, job profiles, core competencies and career pathing in conjunction with Hewitt Consultant.
